Arrow Programmer with knowledge of PhpBB required

Hi,

I’m looking for someone who has decent knowledge of phpbb forum software. I need a custom script coded, which will deal with user registration. I want people to take a "mini-iq test" which will determine if they are mentally fit to post on the board. The script has to calculate the score, and determine if the person passes.

If they do, they can post normally, but if they don't they will get restricted access to the forums (ie. no posting rights in certain forums, or a complete ban).

All the questions and numbers need to be variables, instead of a hardcode values, so I can change them when required.

Please PM me with your quote and questions if you have any. I will pay via paypal, 1/2 to start, and 1/2 upon completion

I look forward to hearing from you.

Willing to take a look

If you are unable to find someone with more direct experience, I would consider looking at this project... I don't have any direct experience the 'phpBB'.... have built quite a bit in php though. blogger, photo gallery with resizer & thumbs, calendar, shopping cart w/ cc proc & fedex tracking/calc, etc. I'm guessing this task is a bit more of a module that has little direct interaction with the BB (outside of setting levels of 'permission' for posting/viewing)... Sounds do-able, I'm quite used to working with [partial] code already written by others.
Otherwise, if this isn't quite what you're looking for, good luck on the quest

Yes, thats what I need. The script needs to tweak the permissions, but I don't want it to simply put people into a different groups. That has been proven to not work.

Ths project isn't something I need finished like 5 days, you can work at your own pace, as long as it takes a reasonable amount of time.
