Quick Flash Design Project

I need a Flash developer to recreate the property rotator seen on this website: http://www.jackconway.com/

I can build a PHP page that retrieves the price, headline, description, etc. and put it into an array. What I need is someone to take the info from the array and display each property randomly with a link to the full property view. No transitions or special effects needed.
