Require competant programmer for PC application etc.
I have a small graphics program I need to develop. It works with images like a slide show, with audio when an image is displayed, and I need the expert advice on what language would be best to develop this, and then I need someone to build it.

I want this to be dual run, from a PC, and from the CD with the data on it.

So, we have someone there who is keen to have a chat & help me with this?
