Seeking Lead Programmer/Designer

The project is Getrecipes.com

Requires the following skill sets and competency:

Further requirements
  • Expert in web-application development experience.
  • Expertise in user-interface development and user-centered design.
  • Expertise in building browser-based applications, with an emphasis on cross-browser capability.
  • Aggregrate skill set equivalent to Gmail.com
Must have a strong sense of visual design and an appreciation and understanding of the following concepts:
  • web standards
  • usability
  • user experience
  • interaction design
  • accessibility
  • typography
  • branding

You will need to be able to do the following:
  • Help define concepts, interactions, and design ideas
  • Rapid paper prototyping (1st stage)
  • Detailed graphic mockups (2nd stage)
  • Ability to brainstorm well and offer constructive feedback

All in all, you'll be signing on for a project with huge potential. This is a rare chance to get involved in a great start-up!
