Shopping Cart/Admin Script - $100-$125

I am looking for someone to create and set up a shopping cart script for the site www.acandj.com. Willing to pay anything in the $100-$125 range. You can utalize and modify other scripts. Any serverside is fine. I just need it to work! I need this ASAP. Specifications are as follows:

1) Have the customers personal information and what they bought sent to admin via e-mail.

2) Have it add the total up and send to PayPal account.

3) Set up like a store matching current site's colors and feel.

4) They go to a packages page and look at all the different packages offered. They then choose a package(s) and are brought to a payment page. They fill in their info along with their payment type (Credit card, debit card, the usual). Payment is processed and sent to a specified PayPal account. An email with their info is also sent to admin's email address.

5) Allow admin to control total sales of a certain package per month. Say admin wants to limit monthly sales of the X-Plan. He goes into the admin section and types 10. When someone orders the X-Plan only 9 more will be sold. Once it reaches zero it will read "This package is sold out.". Admin should be able to adjust number of packages to be sold.

6) Admin ability to add packages, delete packages, edit packages, ect.

7) Member area with statistic like "Time left on your investment", "Investment amount", their personal details and ability to edit them, and "Amount return on investment thus far".

8) Need to make a investment plan page that lists all the packages that are offered.

9) "Remember me" function along with a secure script. Maybe use SSL?
