Small job needs a programmer

I need a script/program which has the ability to do this
-find a typo of a specific domain which i type into the script/program
-check the typo has any ovt with extention count here http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
-if the name has ovt with extention, then I need the script to check if the domain name is available - www.whois.sc
-Then i want the available names to be shown to me with the ovt count.
-The ovt finder doesn't allow mulitple entries from the same ip so the programmer/scripter must use proxy servers or something so that finder won't ban my IP.
-Looking at a timeframe of around 15 days.
