RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Understand customer needs and generate functional and technical specifications
•Plan and design new features and/or functionality
•Analyze, design and build highly scalable enterprise level client and server side components and integrations •Lead an agile team in designing and delivering functionality •Drive a high level of code quality through test automation and peer reviews
•Communicate effectively with development team members that comprise of Development Engineers, Quality Engineers, Product Owners and Documentation developers
•Assist management in resource and time estimation to create delivery plans
•Assist in hiring and mentoring the team

SKILLS:
•BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
•8+ years building enterprise software solutions, with a breadth of experience (back-end and front-end experience preferred) and experience in tying solutions incorporating various internal and external modules
•3+ years leading a team of developers formally or informally
•Proven expertise in architecting and developing scalable and fault tolerant applications
•Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, RIA, SOAP, REST. Solid CS fundamentals. •Good experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, DOM, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JSON
•Experience working with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
•Knowledge of latest design and development trends for different devices
•Excellent coding and debugging skills with an attention to detail and agile development practices
•Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•Entrepreneurial minded, creative problem solver and innovative thinker
