Team Leader Sydney Australia C#, .NEt Degree level education

My client is a leading financial planning software vendor and an industry leader.

They are looking for a Senior Development Consultant with significant commercial experience in software development and strong background experience in team leadership. You will be expected to lead and mentor your team at all times building a strong team environment and overseeing the quality of the development work.

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft web technologies and at least 1 year commercial experience in .Net technologies.

Essential skills and experience for this role:

Proven team leadership skills
Solid experience in Software Architecture and Design
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000 and the .NET Framework
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Motivated to learn new skills
Strong ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
Mentor fellow developers in .NET technologies
Ability to liaise with senior management
This role is based in the CBD
