Truth about Xfriday

Stay away from Xfriday.com. This is the worst web design company out there. They post many fake reviews about them self and will take your money without delivering what they promise. I am a professional business owner who would never bad talk a company but Xfriday really took advantage of me and I want the truth to be known. I hired them to do a specific job they did not complete it, took my money and basically told me to piss off. Please take note this is based on a true real world experience. They will probably say I’m a jealous competitor or make some BS up to try and not look bad but this is the truth. If you want the specifics please email me directly I would be happy to tell you about my nightmare with this company. mileday97 @ hotmail.com

Hey Xfriday,

What is mileday97 talking about. As a professional programmer, I should maintain some ethics. May be some work, I am not able to done, then it does not mean I can chit clients money. I will just refund it.

Come on man, speak out what the truth. The black and white need to be clear.

If you are right, then you have right to make it open.

For this sort of incidence never could be happens in future, otherwise we the professional programmer lost faith from peoples Heart.

I hope all you will sit in cool head and settled the whole with smile face.

Himadrish,

I did give some of the specifics above. My compnay tried to work this out with Xfriday but they choose to go this route and take our money without delivering anything. The bottom line is if they want this settled they can email me at mileday97@hotmail.com and refund my companies money. The chooice is up to them. I will contiune to speak my opinion based on my experience all over the web. Himadrish If you are a programmer then you would agree if you started a job for a company and didnt provide anything to the customer you would refund the money. Well Xfriday started a job, quit without finishing it and then kept our money thats why you will find postings about this all over the web.

If anyone wants the specifics they can email me directly that’s why my email address is posted on this thread. I will continue to search the web community and anything relating to Xfriday I will post about my bad experience so people can hear the truth. My email address is above for everyone that would like to talk about the specifics please email me and I will give you all the details including recorded conversations with Xfriday and the Owners. At the time of this situation Xfriday was asked to refund my companies money which they did not, so what is different now? Nothing they are just trying to make themselves look good.

Here is a list of some of the problems:
Length of project quoted was 3 months they wasted over 6 months of time and left my company empty handed and kept our money.

Everything they designed was very sloppy and always had to be revised even with specific instructions.

They would constantly argue with us and were very rude in many conversations.

Naveen (owner) for the most part tried to maintain professionalism but at times and in the end was very rude (Manish) other owner was very immature and rude constantly.

We would have to repeat ourselves 5 times to get something done correctly.

Email for more information.

Also take note why would a company of any good standing be advertising in forums like this to gain business?

Thanks for your support we apprecite it very much. Our project is just about complete and we decided to keep it local in the USA becasue of our bad experience with Xfriday outsourcing over seas is no longer something my company would do.

Before outsource any projects, follow the above

Hi All,

I feel something need to say for all person who need to outsource some projects.

It will be better to follow the above:

1) Chk out the past work the company, and programmer's list of work.

2) Do not hurry to pay a huge amount to an unknow person / company

3) Browse all sites, or existing application spec before giving any projects

4) Lets make the spec what you need, and what they can provide you / plan to complete within deadline. If they can not complete and registered company, then yopu can charge penalty on them

5) Last get the weight of the programmer or company before giving any projects.

I know, there are many good programmer/ analyst are in INDIa, and many fake person who build a company today, and build anothey one tomorrow closing or left the last one. Do not trust on them. Do not get confused to see a very good company site they have.

If we follow this rule, then we can trust each others. After all everyones money is a hard work money, and its his / her right how to invest it and to whom.

Once agian I am sorry for this bad incidence on mileday.

Best Regards,
Himadrish
