[UK] Win32 / MacOS X P2P development project

Hi there,

I am working with a company in London that has full funding to develop a P2P client and network, similar to KaZaA / Gnutella / Ares / MP2P / etc., for Win32 and MacOS X platforms. We are building a team of around 5 developers, and require the following:

- UK residents, London or south-east preffered
- Strong C/C++ (Unix C/C++ / MS Visual C++) background
- Experience in developing rich graphical user interfaces
- Knowledge of file transfer mechanisms used in sophisticated P2P networks (multiple download functionality, content hashing)
- Experience of using crypto API's
- Sound understanding of P2P networking and algorithms involved

Salary is negotiable, up to £45k PA for strong full-time candidates that can work in our London offices. Candidates living outside of London and wishing to work on a full or part-time basis from home will be considered also.

This recruitment drive should be all tied up in the next 4-6 weeks, so if you do know anyone that you think may be interested and applicable, please put them in touch with me ASAP. I can be contacted via email at chris.mcnab.at.trustmatta.com

PS: NO RECRUITMENT AGENTS OR CANVASERS, THANKS !!

Chris
