vb license, in exchange for...

Hello,
I'm using IPB right now, but I'm really fed up with it. It's bloated and pretty slow, and I need a better forum solution.
I understand that vBulletin costs money, so if anybody could provide me with a vBulletin license, then I can do the following for you:
>> If you are involved in some sort of coding or website project, then I can help with all the images bieng made and all the layouts made too. I have MS Dreamweaver and Photoshop 6, and I can use both of them to thier full extent. If you need a professional set of images and a professional layout for your site, or your PHP (or cgi, or whatever) project, or both, then I can definately make them for you. I'm prepared to do a lot or of owrk.
>> I'll place banner ads on my forums linking to your site if you want.
