VB programmer needed to do the following. . .

Hi, firstly sum of you guys are great - u really know your stuff.
Ok, i dont know how possible this is but my situation so far:

I get orders from my internet company each day. They state the delivery address, items and price etc. Is there a way to make it so that as i receive the orders, the email is manipulated into a default invoice on microsoft for my company with the relevant information from each order put into the invoice and then the invoice saved into a folder?

Is this possible and if so could you guide me as to how i would go about doing the program and paying someone to do it for me also at what cost.

Hi Neel , kinda ur explaination is not enof to see the whole picture.

so u r gettin orders in an email format , is that right ?
and u want the email to be parsed and fileds like prices, address and etc to be extracted from the email to an invoice ( what type of invoice u want , or u want this invoice to be created ? )

Also how does the email look like ? ,

that internet company u said it is urs , then we can setup a way to send u the orders in .csv format which is alot easier to extract data from

those orders r they stored into database so we can extract them everyday at a specific time to ur invoice or the moment a customer places an order an email comes to u and no database storing occurs?
