VC++, C++ programmer needed for developing mobile software

I am looking for some one really good in VC++ and C++ languages to develop a small project to manage incoming and out going data calls in a mobile. Programmers who have experience in developing atleast two mobile softwares needs to apply. This is paid job. Programmers from India will only be prefered because we are looking for cheaper solutions.

Pl. don't write to us saying I manage 100 programmers and we can do in any language and any projects. We get thousands of mails like this and it will be just deleted

We are really looking for some serious freelancers to do this piece of job at low cost
