Exclamation Wanted : A Turn Based WebSite Based Card Game

I'm looking for someone to program a card game the card game is called triple triad from the console game final fantasy the game rules are quite complicated to explain URL this is the rules basicly I want a version similar to the ttadvance version but better i'm currently looking for the right person for the job conatct me if you think you can do this fast and at a good price contact me for more details.
There are quite alot of cards i could add them individually to the database myself i'm just not sure how to set up the database and program a game of this kind.

I'm kinda in a hurry to get this project started and talk through everything I want with someone who can do it without any problems.

hey. I was actually a huge fan on final fantasy eight so i have played this game.

I will put together a small demo and then get back to you with it.

but of course making a game is a HUGE project. whats you budget like on this? pm me if you want.
