Wanted : Developer to work on marketplace portal

I am looking for a developer to work with me on a system that is similiar to elance.com marketplace.

I will manage all the graphical/design elements and layout, and will work with you on developing the application/backend.

Timeframe : by mid Nov

Technology : PHP/MySql or .NET

Renumeration : Quote me pls. With reasons as to why you are worth that price, as well as details of your expertise and portfolio.

Please be familiar with the elance marketplace system as I will be looking to develop one that is at least as good if not better.
