I would be very interested in working on this project with you. I would be willing to take this job for $500 and gaurantee satisfaction. I could lower the rate to $450 if I chose the hosting company (servers I am familiar with, which would cut down on coding time). I do normally charge $55/hr, but the flat fee would be quite a bit less expensive.
I have been working on a few similar projects as of late... online evaluations & onlince quoting. My last larger php/mySQL project was building from scratch a shopping cart with fedex shipping calculation and credit card transactions... scott-stuff.com
