Wanted: PHP developer for small project.

Hi, we need a PHP developer to convert a static HTML site into a dynamic PHP site. There are only 5 pages and all that is required is to put the HTML contents of the body in each page into a MySQL db, so that it can be retreived and edited via a Admin console. ie in a TextArea with update button. It is fine for the body contents to appear in the TextArea in HTML format.

From time to time we need to contract out work so looking build a long term relationship with a reliable person.
