Wanted : PHP/PERL/mySQL/freeDSB programmer

Textlinkbrokers.com is looking for a skilled open source web programmer. Our environment is Perl/PHP along with mysql on freeBSD - we'll consider using other compatible technologies (java??) if you're good at integrating them. Good UI and interface skills are important. Marketing sense a plus. Familiarity with search engine & SEO concepts a big plus.

Some examples of upcoming projects:
Automatic link exchange system for multiple sites.
Improving our automatic text link inventory system & adding a custom shopping cart to it.
Identifying sites in our inventory with similar themes and creating a semi-automatic process for linking relevant sites together.

We would like to start out on a part time trial basis and shift to full time once both of us are comfortable with the process. You can be located anywhere in the US or Canada as long as you have broadband.

After the initial contact we prefer to work mostly by telephone and IM.
