Wanted:PHP/Perl MySQL Web Developer

Ecommerce company is seeking a web developer.
On-site in North San Diego area with some telecommuting possible.

This person will manage upkeep and update of the company’s Internet and intranet sites. Will oversee and execute developmental processes. Will work with service providers to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

Manages links to and from partner sites. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing, retail, and business partners.
Researches and maintains primary contact with search engines and portals to ensure the sites have maximum visibility and knowledge of opportunities in those areas.

Maintains banners and all communication aspects on partner sites.

Oversees text and content execution and updates on all EC and Clive consumer and e-commerce sites.

Manages functional improvements on all sites. Must maintain education on the state-of-market improvements and be able to coordinate implementation of approved ideas.

Understands and maintains html and web scripts (PERL), PHP and MySQL.

Compiles log files from web servers for Marketing and supports them with the tracking and reporting statistics for the sites.


Required skills:
· Web designing background or experience in related field.
· Flash 4.0 and HTML coding experience.
· Experience with Dream Weaver MX and Fireworks MX.
· Ability to program in Perl & PHP
· Experience with MySQL Database access.
· Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
· Knowledge of Web Server Administration
· Knowledge of Internet Protocols and networks

Desired skills:
College Degree
Ability to communicate in a language other than English

Duration:
9-12 Months, possible temp to perm. Flex hours

Rate:
$25/Hour +/-

Sorry, relocation and sponsorship not available.
Must be able to be on-site in North San Diego County 3-5 days a week.
