Wanted: Programmer for custom mailing list

Hi,

I have a client that needs a custom mailing list system made, along the lines of what Earthlink provides with their hosting.

We need:

An admin login page.

An admin page with the options create a new list and edit an existing list.

To create a new list, just need to be able enter in a name for it. The list name will become part of the email address we sent to to distribute to recipients. For example, to send a mailing out to a list named media1 we would send the message as an email to media1@ourdomain.com.

To edit an existing list, have it so we click on a list name and are taken to an admin page for the list. The only thing on that page should be a box with all of the recipients in it. To add a recipient or more than one at a time, we just need to be able to add the email addresses to the end of the list, one per line, and hit submit. All changes should then be automatically saved.

Only ourdomain.com email addresses can send to the mailing lists.

Any non-ourdomain.com email address that tries to send email to any list address should receive a rejection message saying "Sorry, you are not authorized to send messages to this list. Please direct your message to assist@ourdomain.com for further assistance. Thank you!"

Messages need to be able to be rich-test and/html.

When sending, we must be able to put the list address in the BCC field.

When a recipient replies to a mailing from any list, the reply should goto assist@ourdomain.com and no one else.

The subject should be whatever we put in the subject field of the email... nothing extra.

Please email offers to onesunnyjem23@aol.com
