Wanted: OOP PHP programmers work from home

Hello,

I have a number of interfaces in PHP that needs to be implemented. I am seeking for programmers who knows OOP PHP4+5. This entire project will be in OOP since its implementing an interface. Also, some classes will also use other classes. The interface and source of those "dependents" will be given. This is an example of format the documentation provided for pgoramming.

(Example of a documentation for method)
Code:
/*
Precondition: name of candidate, number of votes
Postcondition: add candidate with number of voes
*/
function addCandidate($candidate,$vote);

Please excuse any syntax errors as this is just an example.

One more note on the project is that the code must be OOP4 compliant. However, it must also be ready for OOP5 intreperters. This is not hard to do. (I will give specifications for this later.)

Due dates
Due dates lose. Approx 2 weeks to 1 month are given for each assignment. (We do not make last minute orders.) We will ensure that enough time is given for quality work.

Requierments
At least 3 months of experience with PHP
Thorough knowledge of OOP
Comments appropriately - in english
Good undersatnding of my documentation
Programmers of all countries welcome!

Payment
I am on an extremely tight budget right now, so please email / pm / reply with rates taht are reasonable, or hopefully be a bargain. Payment will by by project, not by time.

Form of payment
I can pay through western union, paypal, cashier's check, personal check you are in canada, or money order. However, all costs charged on me by the method of payment will be deducted off the payment. Since work are seperated according to modules, I can pay you for each module you give me. So there will not be a big time lag between your work and the payment. Or you can split it into 2 times, or all at once, or anyway you want, as long as it isn't a huge hassle.

Notes
There are definately more projects after this and I would like to seek long term business relationships with dedicated programmers. Although I cannot pay a lot, I do pay on time.

Rights
All rights on work will be sold to me. Also, you must have all rights to the work you sell to me. These rights includes rights for commerical usage.

Action
Please apply for the job / ask questions by PMing, or emailing me at tryblitihe@ctsquare.net

Thank you for listening to my rattle,
Tryblithe.

payment details

Here's more details on payment

Payment is made on a per project basis, rather than the per hour basis. Documentations on the implementations necessary for a full price quote will be provided. We will try to establish an agreement on the price of the project. The agreed price is the price paid for the project.

This is a sample "documentation" of a class for implementation. Please note that the documentation is incomplete and only talks about the specific class. The point of this sample documentation is for you to get an idea of what the work is like.

http://tryblithe.ctsquare.net/documentation/sample.txt

The work will be implementing classes like these.

If there are any uncertainities or questions please email / PM / IM me.

This should clear up any confusion you might have about the work.

Thanks,
Tryblithe
