Wanted: Shopping Cart configuration assistance, oscommerce - Australia

I am setting up an ecommerce site exporting pet supplies. I have fairly firmly decided on oscommerce as it seems to be a widely accepted and full featured setup at a great price, etc.

I believe I will need a payment gateway plugin created that doesn't appear to exist. I had a go at editing one myself and found the experience quite confusing.

The National Australia Bank, the system they have setup is similar to verisigns payflow link or paypal in that the payment details are handled off site.

It is possible that i may need other modules or plugins that are not available and as such I would like someone who has ecommerce_oscommerce_php experience to contract out these sorts of modular projects to.
