Do you mean a full redesign including content and all? Or just the layout's interface? If it's just the interface, I'll do it for $50. For full site w/content redesign, I'll do it for $80.

Just wondering why you'd like a redesign. The site's better than a lot of other current websites. And Making it more complicated (adding flash, javascript etc) will just lower the amount of people who can access the site.
Just something to think about

Thumbs down Site designer (for free!!!)

I guess wrking at McDonalds is a better option for us as people are now ready to design web sites for 20 dollars. Let us leave the design part to them and work as a driver or a utility worker. Even they earn more than $20 per project ) . I never work for any project that pay me less than $250.00 just because i don't want to abuse my own knowledge and experience.
