Wanted: Software programmer

I am an experienced, professional web developer who has an idea for a new software program that should be a big seller in the web design world. I've given it a lot of thought, and know what I want. The problem is I don't do software programming, so I need someone who would be willing to join me in developing the program.

To be blunt, my biggest concern is trust. The right person would have to be ultra-trustworthy (IOW, not disappear with my idea and get rich off it without me.

). Also, be willing to work for free while we build the program and wait for the sales to start rolling in after it's released.

This is a leap of faith project, but I'm confident I have a solid idea that will fly. Maybe not to the million-dollar level, but it surely would make us comfortable.
