Senior Programmer/Analyst with excellent Visual Basic Programming /Oracle Backend skills to act as Team Lead for day-to day application support and application enhancements. Application/user support responsibilities include but are not limited to: liaison with user; user request collection, management, planning and fulfillment; application performance monitoring and tuning; production and test environment support for data investigations and finalizations; update/maintenance of security tables, lookup tables and application rules; support, management and maintenance of batch processes, interfaces and logs; management and support of archive information. Enhancement responsibilities include participating in and managing, as required, the full SCA SDLC including, but not limited to: requirements gathering and analysis; planning, designing, building, testing, documenting and deploying enhancements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: progress and status reporting, portfolio updating, use of SCA project and requirements management tools.

Requirements:
• Oracle Database 8i/9i: data modeling, queries, stored procedures (10 years)
• Visual Basic 6.0 .NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, VB DLLs (COM, DCOM) (5 years)
• Microsoft Visual Studio development IDE (5 years)
• Microsoft IIS/MTS/COM+ (7 years)
• JavaScript (5 years)
• HTML ( 5 years)
• XML technologies: XSL template programming, XSLT, XPath, DTDs, XSD schema, XML generation tools (like XML Spy), XML Parsers (DOM, SAX) (5 years)
• 3-tier Systems Architecture (10 years)
• Crystal Reports 9 (2 years)
• Technical Team Lead/Management experience (8 years)
• Full SDLC experience (8 years)
• Excellent client interface and training skills
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills

Pluses:
• Knowledge of Construction industry terminology.
• Knowledge of Planning, Analysis and Estimation systems.
• Rational AnalystStudio
