WANTED: Team of php programers!

Summary
We are looking to hire a team of experienced PHP developers for a long term position within our company to work primarily on our custom development projects.

Position
A successful candidate would work within the existing team to deliver client projects. The job would include:
Working closely with the other team members to deliver project(s) on time
Testing the application for bugs
Short and long term maintenance of completed projects

Ideal Requirements
The following skills are considered ideal for this position:
Detailed experience with PHP4 and PHP5 and object orientated programming
Experience with MySQL as database of choice
Reasonable (X)HTML/CSS experience (although we already have a designer, experience with this would be an advantage)
Ability to work to deadlines
Good communication skills (English language fluency essential)

Location
The successful client would work from home and liaise with the team through e-mail and instant messaging. Communication with the client would be via e-mail.

Payment
Payment is $7.00/hour per team member, if you can form your own team we will pay up to $19.00/hour.
