Wanted: web developer(s) from India

I've been working as a fulltime web developer myself for the last 3 years. I spent one year programming in the United States and got jobs from there. I've been pretty busy lately and realized I needed help.

I develop in PHP, ASP and ASP.Net. Databases: MySQL and MS SQL servers.

Besides knowledge of HTML, CSS, VBScript & JavaScript I also know basics of designing in Photoshop (I designed a couple sites but I only need you to be able to resize an image and stuff like that) and basic Flash (mainly from the programmers viewpoint like database connectivity etc.)

Currently, I have three US companies that keep me busy. They are very happy with the products I deliver. And they want more and more work from me.

I'm not telling you this just to brag about how good I am. I want to give you the idea of what's needed and wanted. High quality, creativity and professionalism. Speed.

You don't have to know all the above server-side languages. You may be a great PHP programmer. That's fine. I just need you to deliver high-quality products because that is what made my services wanted.

The plan is to build up a team of 4-5 people out in India that will deliver all the production. This will free my hands to get in even more business.

By the way, I kind of specialize in shopping carts and content management. There's a lot of code base you'll be able to use.

I am not a designer. We have one who does most of the designing work. You just need to be able to cut the design into pieces and build web based on that.

Fluent English is necessity. Also, good communication is necessary.

Let's start with 1-2 programmers right now and see how things work out.

BUT, everyone who thinks he (or she, because there are many cool she-programmers in India) is qualified, feel free to send me some data and how much you're willing to work for to fahazab@volny.cz (Czech Republic).

Let's not make it too official. I just need a couple reliable, skilled people to help out.

Jan
