WANTED Windows Server Pro

Hi,

I need someone very knowledgable - for misconfigured SMTP Windows 2003 Server.

Server shows all mail going out as relay in mail headers. The relay setting is the only way that I can get server to recognize user name and password for some reason. Otherwise I cannot send mail at all.
