Web Site Traffic Expert Needed!

I need some traffic for a fun site im doing. It involves Flash Games, Movies, which users can upload, photoshop picures, tutorials, php tutorials, forums etc.

I need someone that can deliver me a really good amount of traffic to spread the word. I also need to know how you did it so I can use these techniques in the future.

NO SPAM techniques allowed. I need TARGETTED traffic especially for people who are interested in those things i listed above. I will pay once I get REAL users discussing, playing games, rating things, etc. So, if you send me fake traffic, your wasting your time!
