QUALIFICATIONS:
Major Requirements: Javascript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, Developing for all major browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari/Chrome/Webkit), XML, JSON
Minor Requirements: Smarty preferred but not required, Minimal PHP, MySQL
