They need someone who has heavy experience with Python. The first interview is mostly questions about Python to get a sense of their knowledge. The 2nd interview will be face to face and will be tested on their Python experience. They will sit in front of a computer and fix and error or enter their own line of code to make it work.
This whole project will help invest strategically in the stock market with the results this new platform provides. There is a team of 16 and some of the BA are currently writing some of the code and this is why they need more senior Python developers to take the workload off of the BA. This is an immediate need.
