Do you realize you're asking for someone with 1 year of experience and an expert-level knowledge of 8 programming languages? Why do you need someone proficient in PHP, ASP, JavaScript, Jquery, 2 versions of ActionScript, SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Wordpress, Drupal, ALL Adobe products, and be able to design their own MVC framework?

Generally you have either a front-end or a back-end developer. And when you find a back-end developer, they're generally only proficient in one or two languages at the most. Not even my resume has all of this on there. Of your list, I don't know actionscript/flash. And I very much doubt this catch-all position pays well into six figures. Narrow your search. Hire two people maybe. Or four. You seem to need at least three.
