What would make people use your site rather than kickstarter or any of its existing derivatives?

Crowdfunding websites, such as kickstarter, fund projects, not companies. Furthermore, they do not offer shares.
We're gearing towards more of a stock-exchange like service.

Most of those products are also companies, as if they were products for existing companies usually they'd have...a company to fund them.

It may actually be illegal to do this, but I'm not a lawyer.

Either way, people who pay for kickstarter project don't normally expect to get money for doing it.

And we've looked up the legality of this Wouldn't be recruiting otherwise.
