Why the Output result is not correct?:
When the user completes any of the contact form field, and after he puts the corfimation code correctly, the output result shows the following:
Confirmation

What happens:
Unfortunately, the user cannot see the right result, neither his input and his comments!
Please help and advice how can I modify the Confirmation Form in order to receive the right results!

you are showing HTML code. that is the "front-end". the form itself. there also has to be a script to handle the submitted data. that is where the problem lies. if you dont show what you have there, in that form handler script file, it is pretty difficult to help you.
