clear form fields

Hi,

I currently have two one line textboxes, and two check boxes in a form I need to make the form clear all the values on the rest of the fields when you enter an option. For example, if you enter a name in the first textbox, the second textbox clears it value and the two checkboxes uncheck.

I'm using the onfocus command at the moment but I'm not sure if a checkbox has one or not? The only problem is that I can only get the textboxes to clear not the checkboxes as well!

Can nayone help? PPPLLLLEEAAASSSEE!
