Web development can be a daunting task, even for specialists. There is a lot of information to absorb and a lot of technologies to learn in order to manage a superior website. When trying to learn the ropes, developers need a reliable source to introduce new ideas that can be easily implemented. New Member - Create webpage using forms

Hi, Im new, doing a degree in web dev and too be honest learning too little too slow so im diving in head first. I can create a nice little page in html but was curious how do you create the page so that a non tech user non web dev user could basically complete a form to create this page - fill in the boxes with appropriate content / text add images where prompted etc. like how facebook does it but better designed ?

I used the word "forms" in the title so im not sure if this is the right terminology. Thanks to anyone that reads and helps me out.

Mark

For that you will need some sort of sever-side back-end administration system. There's a lot of ways that you can do this, everything from having a basic form that will add text at the point you specify, to having a full WYSIWYG page and HTML designer. You can have a look at this as an idea for what can be done.
