Creating Navigation bars

I have created a bar that stretches across the entire website but I wanted to know what the easiest(or the best) way to insert links inside to act as a navigation bar?

That's better than a lot of the stuff on DynamicDrive, but it's still not worth recommending, in my opinion.

ddmegamenu is 1 of the best free menu`s on the internet, menu bar is just normal href=, with normal div`s for drop down which you can add any kind of content, and have menu`s within menu`s, and easy to generate from database with php etc
