Iv'e got this page and for some reson every time you reload it it repeats a line and i dont have a clue why. If you want to know its dlcount available from www.phtml.com and hotscripts in the php section/file managment. Anyway is there a way using javascript (or any other method on this earht as im desperate for an answer) to stop people from reloading a page? if there is no way at ALL I will just have it come up in a popup window with no toolbars and right click disabled. This is for the track downloads at http://www.thesims.co.uk/rctm . Please dont go there an reload the page (in the track download section). Thanks for your help last time,
