Is it somehow possible to specify text box size in pixels. I need it so it would fit in some graphics.

Well, no. But using some browser sniffing, you should be able to create the box in the appropriate size for each browser.

There is a way of doing it that is unsupported by older browsers using css(but then again what isn't nowadays.) Check out http://www.webtechniques.com/archives/2000/08/kunicki/ for more info.
