Help: HTML email code hyperlink ics
Really grateful for any help on the following issue!
I am very new to coding and just use a tiny bit for html emails. I would like to include an ics file in an invitation but at the moment the link doesn't seem to work, can anyone tell me where I am going wrong. Please note that I have had to hide the web address of where the ics file is hosted:
<h5 class="h5"><a href="http://www.***.com/images/invite/macc_how_to_generate_returns_in_a_low_yield_and_rising_rate_environment.ics"> <img src="http://www.***.com/images/invite/may23thumb.jpg" alt="Calendar icon" width="40" height="40" align="left" style ="padding-right:5px;"/>Save the date</a></h5>
Any feedback would be great

Your link looks ok to me, in what way is the link not working? Are you able to access the .ics file on the server? Or maybe the browser/email client you're using doesn't know how to handle that type of file?
