How do you create nested tables?

Hi,
This might be a dumb question, but how do you create nested tables? Do you just create a table within a table? Are there any standards available?

1. Dumb question? There's no such thing. Easy yes, dumb no.

, but don't do them only to have them. Use them just when you need them, coz NS performs REALLY bad with nested tables, especially when combined with CSS.
4. Standards? Hmm, what was that again?
