Tizag.com seems to be a fairly good place to start.

HTML & CSS: Design and Build Web Sites [Paperback]
Jon Duckett (Author)
Is an excellent book to teach all you need to know about HTML and CSS. I'd concentrate on this first before delving into DHTML (i.e. JavaScript).
I like tutorials point for JavaScript, and the other topics. However, like most similar sites, they are not always kept up to date
Most people are in favour of w3schools. It's very useful but, again, is not always fully up to date.

I was in two minds. I thought if I don't mention it someone else will, which is why I wanted to attach the proviso that it "is not always fully up to date".
Only recently someone referenced them (calling them w3c!) and I pointed out that their information was "wrong" or, at a minimum, incomplete.
I do still use their site occasionally - as it appears first! - but I ALWAYS cross-reference it.

Join some institute where you can learn HTML basics, once you are done can join some software house implementing software development. It will be beneficial for you to learn lot of HTML / CSS professional code.

Basic HTML
you learn fist basic HTML and These tutorials are set up so you can move through them over a week's time. One tutorial per day. However, if you can go faster, do it! Some have told me that they finished the primers in a day. Good luck.
