HTML Layout Problems Using Tables

Good Morning,

I am having a layout issue with the following page:
http://www.mpcinc.com/sun2008/salesrep_registration.php

Please compare to:
http://www.mpcinc.com/sun2007/salesrep_registration.php

The second page looks good and worked fine for last year's event. However, the layout of the first link isn't looking so good to me.

I would request an extra set of eyes on the first link. Please review and compare to the second link. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on how to change the layout of the first link. Thanks so much for your help!!

I'm thinking this would be better off in the Website Critiques forum. Could a moderator please move?

I think the 2007 one is better. Also, as it was loading, my attention immediately went to the (2007) picture on the left. Looks great and brings to the overall theme. I think 2007 is better. 2008 looks a bit drab. Try setting a picture of a transparent sun in the background image for 2008. Your theme for 2008 is so...different then 2007.

Hi Guys,

On the first link, note how the form isn't looking as good as the form on the second link. Any suggestions on modifying the form on the first link?

Thanks much!

The form on the first link is better aligned, but the text is standard Times New Roman.

On the second link, the form has no structure, stretches all the way across the site, but the text is formatted.

Try putting some spacing between the form fields, add some HR's to separate areas of the form, etc..

Just look at other sites registration form and get some ideas.
