How do I prevent link locations from appearing in my browser's status bar? JavaScript that will work in both IE and NN

You can stick
onMouseOver="window.status='';"
in the <A> tag.

This will stop the link location appearing in your browser's status bar, and you can defing text to appear instead, like so:
onMouseOver="window.status='go to such and such a page';"
