I'm pretty sure that you just wrap it an an <a>tag

i.e.
Code:
<a href="website.html"><img src="picture.jpg" width="whatever" height="whatever" alt="" /></a>

in addition to lysergic
you want to change the default style for the link

Code:
a.imagelink{text-decoration:none}

BarryG agrees: Yep! Saves the blue line around your image.

Smile

Try below tag to make an image into a link.

Code:
<a href="your_url_goes_here"><img src="your_picture.png" alt="short description of image" /></a>

Customize above tags as you wants to be it.
