Hi People
I need to make my current browser window go fullscreen(IE5). So I DON'T Want to open a new window and set it fullscreen because I know how to do that. I just want to put a button in my page that when clicked on sets the current page fullscreen. Thanks PrimalFear |

Even if it were possible it'd be a bad idea.
If you just want a Maximise button on your page where it's obvious the user will know what the effect will be, then of course they could just use their Maximise button on their window. And if you're trying to full-screen your site because you think it's more important than whatever else the user's got on their desktop, that's just downright fascist. It will annoy and confuse just about everyone. One to avoid. |
