Need Help - Play flash movie on Pageload and should close itself after play
Hi All,
I need help on how to play a movie (flash) on page load and closes itself after finishing. Can anybody know how to do this? Please respond to this post. More Info: I am using: Zend framework PHP MySQL Windows (Local) / Linux (Production) Apache webserver Thanks in advance.

Hi, do you mean you want it to close the browser after it has played?

No, the webpage should stay, the flash movie should be closed and the page should scroll down to an element.
This flash should be on top of the page like popup, but should not be a popup, because most of users block popup. Thanks. Quote:

You can use Flashes ExternalInterface class to talk to JavaScript which could then do what you want.

You're probably looking at more of a DHTML or HTML layer thing with that. I can't really help you with that since they tend to be used more for banners or adverts which is something I stay away from. I'll move the thread to a more relevant forum and leave a redirect to it here so you can get replies from both areas.
