Netscape(@#^$#^) Problem

Hello guys,

after getting to know MSIE really well, I am finally also coding for Netscape. I am sad very sad. The following problem:

M[m].Layer = new parent.frame1.Layer(100, parent.frame1);

the first time it goes past this line, it works perfectly. The second time it stops. nothing happens, not an error nothing. But if I put the following line before it it does work:

alert("hallo");

Is it me or am I going crazy, all my colleages are stunned by this as well.
