Sometimes, this problem is simply solved. Even if you set everything to 0 in a table, your browser could separate the objects, meaning... The size of the font in Preferences of your browser could screw your table tag even if you use CSS in your html file. Or you can simply delete unnecessary space bet. tags. (indentation sometimes is pain in the neck. really...) Or simply... tag mistake. Like you might've forgotten to type "=" or quotation marks, etc... etc... But I guess your IE's preference setting is different from NS's setting. I know everyone has different settings for their browser and all, but you should check your html again. If those things don't help, please forget about my reply...
