New Netmeeting CallTo procedure: How?

Does anyone have any idea how to include a CallTo link on a Web page for NetMeeting, since Microsoft changed all their ILS servers to the "Internet Directory" and MS Messenger?

I can't use:
callto:209.156.112.36+type=ip
(example only)
because I have a dynamic IP. It changes each time I log on. I've tried it with my Passport.com email address, but the MS servers don't recognize it (they used to, under the ILS server setup).
So, how do I figure out my NetMeeting address, and how do I cofigure the link on my website and email signature file to work?
